Incessant Welfare Society Nagaland (IWSN) IWSN Training Centre is an NGO registered under society registration act 1860, Bearing registration number H/Rs-4971 dated 16^th May 2008. The society head office is located at Purana bazaar Dimapur. The society consist of 9 managing members headed by  President, Vice- President, Secretary Administration, Secretary finance, Treasurer, Joint Secretary and executive members. Since the inception, Society is relentlessly working for the welfare of the women, girls, school drop outs, adolescent girls in the state, imparting skills training on various trades which is sustainable and job oriented training. We also conduct workshops and seminars on women health issues, sanitation, Hygiene and clean surrounding and living a qualitative life. Our Nagaland society being faced with unemployment problem, we believe that imparting SKILLS TRAINING will be a great opportunity to imbibed oneself with knowledge of skills for self  reliable and self sustenance. The society is purely a charitable society and is a non-profit making society working for the welfare and upliftment of the people. IWSN looks for upliftment of our society such as women empowerment, child education, social problems, economic upliftment, self reliance, etc. Irrespective of class, creed or religion. We believe that every human has a right for decent life, yet after seeing the present trend in our society we feel a burden, moreover responsible to make an impact in our society.
